I mean, I really can't say enough about how much I love levelling up.

 

Here's the thing. I've advised and activated strategies for customers around the world, from Fortune 100s to baked-from-scratch startups (with some seriously sweet receipts to accompany that work - keep scrolling and you'll see what I'm talking about). To the party, I bring the operational focus (and bottom line obsession) of a corporate exec alongside the problem-solving instinct (and ultra-resourcefulness) of an entrepreneur.

 

But, sometimes, those who can do, can't teach. Well, I also have a background as an educator. From academia to executive education scenes, I've instructed and designed courses, workshops, and active learning modules - with pretty great results. 

 

It's a sweet mix, if you like these kinds of things. 

 

I don't believe in doing the work for people. I believe in collaborating with them to understand their problems and opportunities, their strengths and weaknesses, their motivations and fears. I don't believe in single-faceted inspirational quotes. I believe in inspiring people to do the hard parts, to take on the scary stuff, to say no, and to buy into the fact that quality of work trumps all else.
